BOOKS! I
love all kinds of books… and I really, really love bookstores. I also love quotes about books, book magazines, and books about
books. I am book-bonkers. But, you should know that this was not always the
case with me. In school, I was in the lowest reading group and even as a young
bride I resented (ye protested!) the fact that my husband read books for (of
all things) fun. Some years after that, I got
wonderfully book “saved!” Now I spend more $$ on books than I do on clothes and
home decorating combined. Below is a tiny snapshot of some of the books
scattered on the floor by my bed, hanging off my desk, piled in my chairs, laying
on the floorboard of my car… They are in no certain order and, of course, I
don’t admit to finishing ALL of them…and, oh, not all on this list reflect a
total Christian worldview.
